Robert A. McCabe, Jr. has served as a director of the Company since February 2001 and was appointed Chair of the Board in January 2025.  Mr. McCabe has been Chairman of Pinnacle Financial Partners (NASDAQ:  PNFP) in Nashville, TN since 2000. Mr. McCabe previously served as a director of Diversicare Healthcare Services, Inc. from 2015 until it was sold in November 2021.  He also served as the chair of the board of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and board chair of Nashville Electric Service, a municipal electric distribution company.  Mr. McCabe received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee and completed the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School.
