Dana Hambly serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI), where he plays a key role in the Company’s financial strategy, capital markets activities, and investor communications.  Since joining NHI in 2019, Dana has leveraged more than two decades of experience in equity markets, finance, and healthcare real estate. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Senior Vice President and Equity Research Analyst at Stephens Inc., where he specialized in publicly traded REITs and healthcare services companies, including senior housing, post-acute care, behavioral health, physician staffing, outpatient surgery, and other healthcare sectors.

Dana is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Nashville. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
